On a break from my photo project at UofT and glad that my buddy Ryan (who is married to my girlfriend Jen- I set them up in highschool, my most successful matchmaking endeavor!) was game to do a few portraits in the freezing cold. Thanks Ryan for enduring the Toronto February cold weather to take a few outdoor photos with me.
I had the pleasure of photographing Martin Gooch for Canadian Grocer magazine late August for their article about his endeavors to lessen and educate the public and government agencies about food waste. Myself and art director Lindsay thought it would be fun to get Martin wearing a suit and play with the grafitti and dumpster backgrounds around Queen Street west to get this idea across along with a full garbage filled with fresh fruit and vegetables! Thanks again Lindsay for your awesome art direction and to Sarah for helping to assist on this one, I had a wonderful time! Here are a few other non select outtake images:
